This system achieves the same editing quality as an expensive turnkey suite. It supports 10-bit resolution SMPTE SDI, using a QuickTime compatible format. The KONA LSe has great audio I/O support: balanced analog, AES and embedded SDI audio. It also includes hardware sample-rate conversion on AES inputs - eliminating source synchronizing requirements. And the optional KL-Box for KONA LSe provides all the standard features of the cable in an easy-to-use rackmount panel.
