This system is built around a tower case with a 650W redundant-cooling power-supply and hot-swappable SCSI hard drives. It's a professional solution that provides you with fantastic reliability. The case has a built-in cooling system that uses a huge rear-mounted cooling fan, air flow shroud and two large hot-swappable cooling fans mounted directly behind the hard drives to keep things cool. Together, the fans keep even the largest system cool to extend the life of the hard drives and other expensive electronic components. An optional rail kit allows the tower to be converted to a 4U rack-mount system, ready for the most professional equipment racks.
Configuration Note: If you select an external SCSI drive array, you may omit any internal SCSI drives. Otherwise, internal SCSI drives are necessary for video capture and playback.
