IVA Midwest Expo 2010

The Illinois Videographers Association is holding the 4th Annual Midwest Expo on May 18th at the William Tell Holiday Inn in Countryside, Illinois. This year's event once again features a blockbuster lineup of nationally known speakers, including:

  • Ray Roman of Ray Roman Films
  • Adam Forgione of Pennylane Productions
  • Matt Davis of Life Stage Films
  • Keith Anderson of Wedding Day Cinema
Three of the presenters were just named Top 25 videographers by Event DV Magazine and all of the speakers have received WEVA Creative Excellence Awards. Also, an all new talk show program will be hosted by Chris Chibucos. Chris will interview industry experts who will showcase cutting edge technology and services.

Our curriculum offers something for everyone. Each speaker was chosen based on their expertise in their respective fields. If you have not seen the work of incredibly talented people, please take a moment to get acquainted with some of the best producers on the planet!

The cost is $79.00 for early bird admission for IVA members and $89.00 for non-members. The cost includes the full day of seminars, trade show admission, and a full lunch buffet featuring hot entrees. After April 25th the rate will be $109.00.

An early bird room rate at the Holiday Inn is available for only $102/night and includes a full hot breakfast buffet. (Mention IVA when making your reservation) This special early bird hotel rate is only available through May 3rd —- with limited rooms and big savings you should act quickly!

The William Tell Holiday Inn offers an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, game room, restaurant, lounge and free internet access. The close proximity to downtown Chicago is sure to attract attendees from throughout the Midwest.

There also will be a hands-on trade show featuring Adobe Systems. Sponsors and exhibitors are encouraged to apply immediately as space will be limited! Special pricing on equipment and supplies will be available to attendees and many door prizes will be raffled off.
