Satisfaction Guarantee

Safe Harbor guarantees your satisfaction with many of the hardware products we carry.

Select digital video capture cards and other hardware on our website include a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. This guarantee will be displayed on the product detail page.

If, after receiving your product, you are not completely satisfied, you can return it for store credit and apply the full purchase price towards another product we carry that better meets your needs. Our customer service representatives will assist you in selecting a replacement product.

Products must meet our return requirements to be eligible for this guarantee. The product must be in like-new condition, unregistered with a blank registration card, intact UPC symbol, and undamaged in any way. Please review our returns policy prior to making your purchase.
