LaCie Unveils LCD Monitor Frame Offering Optimal Visual Comfort
LaCie has unveiled LaFrame for 100 Series Monitors. By eliminating distractions from the user’s field of vision, LaFrame creates visual comfort for the user. It allows full focus on the task at hand, thus enhancing productivity even in the busiest open-space corporate offices. LaFrame will ship with all LaCie 119 and 120 Monitors, a series designed to ensure documents are displayed in their best light thanks to high contrast ratios of up to 1000:1. LaCie 100 Series Monitors with LaFrame are ideal for those who work with large quantities of images and text on a daily basis. With LaFrame, the discreet black casing of the monitor is framed with a type of black cloth that was specially selected for its anti-reflective properties. It reduces glare caused by ambient light and makes the on-screen work prominently stand out. The unique LaFrame accessory delivered with each monitor ensures the best display for digital documents. Mounted directly behind the monitor, LaFrame removes visual distractions out of the user’s field of vision allowing them to comfortably focus on their work.
The LaCie 100 Series range includes the 19-inch LaCie 119 Monitor and the 20-inch LaCie 120 Monitor. Both utilize Premium MVA (Multi-domain Vertical Alignment) LCD technology, which offers the beneficial combination of very high contrast ratios (up to 1000:1) and wide viewing angles of 170 degrees. Thanks to their flexible stand, these ergonomic monitors can be height-adjusted, tilted and swiveled to adapt to any work environment. They can also be used in conjunction with a desk clamp and extendable arm, allowing the display to be moved in every direction without taking up valuable desk space. Compatible with both PC and Mac workstations, they offer both analog (VGA) and digital (DVI) video interfaces.
