Also, FastStream VT can be seamlessly integrated into existing backup environments to fully emulate existing tape libraries. This allows for blazing-fast, error-free backup and restores of all critical data. As data increases exponentially, backup time increases while backup windows shrink. By using a FastStream Virtual Tape appliance you never need to miss a backup window again. The FastStream VT was specifically designed to perform concurrent backups to disk-based virtual tape.  A single FastStream VT 5700 can backup and restore up to 60 concurrent streams of data allowing multiple server backups.
