DESCRIPTION

• Extend warranty to 3 years.
• Eligible for equal or greater value upgrade (if the product become extinct within warranty period).
• Special tech support number.
• 1X one-way UPS ground shipping costs covered by CalDigit (One way: CalDigit to customer).

SPECIFICATIONS

• Extended Warranty Rules
  • Extended warranties are not available for products which are already out of warranty.
  • Extended warranties must be purchased within 90 days of sale.
  • Extended warranties can only be purchased and use within USA (continental only).
  • Purchase of extended warranties are NOT refundable.
  • Extended warranties are NOT transferable. Customer is entitled for early termination of the extended warranties.
  • All limited warranty policies and rules applied. Extended warranties will be VOID if customer fail to follow these policies.
  • RMA replacement / upgrade products are NOT eligible for this extended warranties program.
  • CalDigit reserve the final decision right on the programft s eligibility. Not all customer are eligible for this program.
  • CalDigit reserve the right to terminated this program without prior notice. This will not affect any existing participant.
  • Extended warranties ONLY apply to hardware repair / replacement. Directory corruption, DATA recovery, and any other software related issues will not be covered. For details, please check our limited warranty policies.
  • All qualify for cross-shipment replacement. (Subject to change by product current availability)
  • The extended warranty will overwrite the original warranty period (not extend).
