1. WHAT SOFTWARE IS BEST FOR GETTING RID OF "WIND NOISE"? WaveLab and Clean Plus. 2. JUST WHAT DOES CD-QUALITY MEAN? CD-quality is 44.1KHz, 16-bit stereo. 3. WILL THE MUSIC I HAVE NOW WORK WITH SONICFIRE PRO OR QUICKTRACKS FOR PREMIERE PRO? In most cases, yes. Smart Sound Audio Palettes, Sound Palettes, Edge Series and Movie Music CDs are designed to work with these programs. There are two exceptions: The music that accompanies Quicktracks for Pinnacle Studio cannot be copied into Sonicfire Pro or Quicktracks for Premiere Pro; it's not a compatible format. QXPPRO has many of the same pieces of music supplied with it; SFP comes with Full Spectrum, which also includes many of the same pieces. SmartSound for Multimedia users who have the old Dimensions CD cannot copy over the "Extra Dimensions" selections. This is some old sound effects that we used to distribute with SmartSound for Multimedia at the 44k rate. The 22k rate of these sound effects still work fine.
