These days it's hard to find an online store that actually accepts phone calls from customers, and even better they actually try to HELP YOU without saying, "Gee, I don't know. Sorry." Instead, Tiffani spent several minutes trying to help me figure out—- thousands of miles apart from each other— if the wireless Azden I wanted would fit the mic jack on my Sony HDR-SR12. Happy to say the Azden receiver fits my Handycam mic jack... it just doesn't fit the shoe mount... But I'm not returning it because I like Azden products—reliable, durable and great, great audio—and I'll figure out a way to keep the receiver close by. The other BEST thing about Safe Harbor? I researched this Azden and all the prices from store to store... Safe Harbor had the lowest price at $290 when even Azden was selling it for $399. Please!
