NewTek is now offering an Extended Hardware Warranty to commercial customers who wish to protect the investment they have made in their NewTek product for an additional year. This renewable warranty coverage is identical to the standard warranty included with NewTek products and may be purchased any time an existing NewTek product warranty is in force. All customers using products in the continental US except in OR and MT are eligible, and any control surface(s) used with a TriCaster or 3Play system can be registered for coverage alongside the main system at no additional charge. Both the Extended Hardware Warranty (EHW) and ProTek Care cover the same initial timeframe, until two years from purchase, offering customers a choice between protecting their investment in the product they have purchased and adding protection for their production schedule as well by adding 24x7 support, priority support access, and no-charge next-business-day product replacement under ProTek. The one-page EHW Customer Agreement must be completed by the customer and provided to NewTek. Customers will receive a confirmation email once their coverage is active and can check the remaining warranty on their product at https://new.tk/warranty by entering their product serial number.
