Regardless of whether you placed your order online, you can check your order status online at any time. You will need your order confirmation number and the zip or postal code to which your order is shipping.
If you created an account during Checkout by providing a password, you can log-in using your email address and password to see your order history.
If you provided your email during the ordering process, you will also receive an email notification when your order has shipped.
Online order status provides you with the current status of all of the items you have purchased on that order. Included is the shipping status - and if the product has shipped, a tracking number and link to the UPS website will be included, allowing you to get a real-time update on the progress of the package. Note that the tracking number may not be found on the UPS site until after 5PM CST.
Safe Harbor works hard to ship orders quickly. We stock most of the items we carry. Sometimes, due to specials, unexpected item popularity or manufacturer backorders, we may need a couple of extra days to process your order. In this event, we will typically contact you to let you know what is going on with your order.
