Policies: Safe Harbor ships your order according to the delivery method you select in your shopping cart. Whenever possible, we ship orders the same day the order is placed assuming we have the product in-stock and your order arrives before 3:00pm CST. Out-of-stock items can also be shipped directly from the manufacturer, when delivery time is of the essence.
Orders for items NOT in stock but readily available from any of our many suppliers are usually shipped to you within three to four business days. PRE-Orders are those for items not yet released and will be shipped to you on a first-come, first-served basis when available. We charge you at the time of shipment, not beforehand. You will be able to check the status of your order on our website or by phone. Online order status is updated daily at 6PM CST when invoices are e-mailed to our customers. We reserve the right to split orders, shipping in-stock items immediately. Subsequent shipments of back-ordered items or pre-orders for "coming" products may be assessed a nominal shipping fee.
Selecting a rapid shipping method affects only shipping time, not the processing time of your order. If you absolutely must have something by a certain date, please call or e-mail us. In most cases our suppliers are able to drop ship directly to you upon our request.
Shipping prices include a small handling charge, insurance, a delivery signature card fee (if applicable), a residential delivery fee (if applicable) and the shipping charge, depending on the shipping method. Note, items that are oversized may incur additional charges. This amount will be added to your shipping charge. In some cases, we will ship single CDs or DVDs using Media Mail to save you money. Please request this option unless you need more timely delivery.
All delivery times can vary, depending upon the destination.
All customs fees, duties, tariffs, taxes, and the like are the responsibility of the customer. We have no way of knowing what/if you will be charged; check with your importation officer for details.
The shipping amount for custom workstations and some heavier or oversized items is only an estimate and will be adjusted accordingly before your order is processed. If you would like a more accurate estimate before you place your order, please e-mail shipping@sharbor.com with a list of products you would like to order and your shipping address. We will provide you with an accurate shipping quote.
These orders ship U.S. mail only. When the value of the order exceeds $5000, it is sent Registered Mail.
